THE ISSUES

The approach normally adopted for perimeter protection involves the creation of a protection line along the perimeter using traditional technologies, such as cameras, barriers, sensors on the fences, underground cables and provides for the deployment of numerous passive cameras inside the fence.

This type of protection has numerous limitations as the operator in the control room must constantly monitor a large number of cameras and notice if there is an attempted intrusion and this often does not allow the immediate identification of an intruder. Furthermore, even if the site is manned, if an alarm is triggered, the surveillance must verify its reliability and then call the police for intervention.

The management time of an attack is very high and often the intruders are able to act and complete the work.

THE SOLUTION

Crisma Security for the protection of industrial sites involves the use of advanced area and perimeter protection technologies, with the use of georefrenced sensors such as Navtech Radar, Thermal Radar and SightLogix intelligent thermal cameras, integrated in a single management console. The common feature of these technologies is that of being able to detect the position and number of intruders on the entire surface of the site, both on the perimeter and in internal areas.

The use of the IntelliDetect software also allows you to make existing cameras Intelligent and active, allowing you to preserve the investments made.

The detection ranges are as follows:
